Quicksilver 425 Open

The Quicksilver 425 Open Sundeck is a versatile console boat from 2006, designed for sporty trips and recreational use on inland waters. With a length of 4.25 meters and a width of 1.90 meters, this boat offers a compact yet functional layout. The V-bottom hull contributes to stable and smooth sailing characteristics, making the boat suitable for various water activities.

Construction and Material

This polyester boat has an air draft of 1.30 meters and a draft of 55 cm, allowing it to easily navigate shallow waters and low bridges. The steering position is located outside and equipped with a wheel steering system, providing direct and comfortable control.

Engine and Performance

The Quicksilver 425 Open is equipped with a Honda BF-50 outboard motor. This 50 hp gasoline engine provides enough power to reach speeds of up to 45 km/h, making the boat suitable for water sports activities such as water skiing and wakeboarding. The engine is started by a 12V electric dynamo, and there is a tachometer to monitor performance.

Electrical Provisions

The electrical systems are powered by a 55 Ah battery. Navigation support consists of a GPS system, making navigation on various waters more efficient and safer.

Comfort and Equipment

Onboard, there is a sunbed on the spacious foredeck, ideal for relaxation while sailing or at anchor. The steering console is equipped with a dashboard with various instruments and a comfortable steering bench. The exterior of the boat is fitted with outdoor cushions and a swim ladder, simplifying boarding and swimming from the boat.

Maintenance and History

This Quicksilver 425 Open has always sailed on fresh water and is suitable for use on inland waters, canals, lakes, ponds, and rivers. The boat was last taken out of the water for maintenance in 2024. There are no signs of osmosis or known defects.

The boat comes with a Ribo 500 road trailer with 1 axle and 14-inch wheels with eight rollers. This makes the transport and storage of the boat simple and efficient.
