Admiral 700

The Admiral 700 is a characterful wooden sloop from 1990, built by the Achterbos shipyard. This model has a length of 7 meters and a width of 1.90 meters, making it a suitable vessel for various inland waters, such as canals, lakes, and rivers. The sloop is designed with a round bilge hull shape, which ensures stable positioning on the water and limited wave action.

This sloop is equipped with a Vetus 3-cylinder inboard diesel engine from 2018 with a power of 33 hp and a consumption of about 3 liters per hour. With a cruising speed of 10 km/h and a maximum speed of 17 km/h, the sloop offers a relaxed and efficient sailing experience. The engine has 220 operating hours and starts electrically. Additionally, the sloop features an electric bow thruster, which facilitates maneuverability and handling.

The Admiral 700 offers seating for 8 to 10 people, making this sloop ideal for a day of sailing, weekend trips, or pleasure cruising. The boat is equipped with a black cushion set for extra seating comfort and a detachable red canopy, providing protection against various weather conditions.

The equipment of the Admiral 700 is carefully assembled to ensure both safety and comfort. Thanks to the navigation lights, the sloop remains well visible at dusk and in the evening hours. The electric bilge pump ensures water drainage. Additionally, there is a phone charger available, so devices can be charged on the go. The sloop underwent an antifouling treatment in 2024 and was taken out of the water for maintenance in the same year. Currently, the sloop is in winter storage.
